Infill housing utilizes city infrastructure more efficiently. This four bedroom three bath new construction single family home is inserted behind a 1887 Victorian house also being modernized, effectively doubling the density within 3 blocks of a regional transit hub. The footprint is quite small at 900 sq ft, preserving a small grove of existing mature apple trees. This was a fast track project which we completed permit drawings in five weeks. Building permit was approved without a round of plan check comments. Construction completed June 2014.
